摘要: Background Patient and consumer engagement in clinical practice guideline development is internationally advocated, but limited research explores mechanisms for successful engagement. Objective To investigate the perspectives of potential patient/consumer representatives on topics pertaining to including group composition barriers facilitators Setting participants Participants were guideline-naive volunteers programs designed link community members academic with diverse ages, gender, race, degrees experience interacting health care professionals. Methods Three focus groups one key informant interview conducted analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach.
