摘要: Purpose: The aim of this paper is to describe a public, open-access, computed tomography (CT) phantom image set acquired at three centers and collected especially for radiomics reproducibility research. dataset useful test radiomic features with respect various parameters, such as acquisition settings, scanners, reconstruction algorithms. Acquisition validation methods: Three phantoms were scanned in independent institutions. Images the following acquired: Catphan 700 COPDGene Phantom II (Phantom Laboratory, Greenwich, NY, USA), Triple modality 3D Abdominal (CIRS, Norfolk, VA, USA). Data Dutch medical centers: MAASTRO Clinic (Maastricht, NL), Radboud University Medical Center (Nijmegen, Groningen (Groningen, NL) scanners from two different manufacturers Siemens Healthcare Philips Healthcare. parameter varied scans: slice thickness, kernels, tube current. format usage notes: We made publically available on instance “Extensible Neuroimaging Archive Toolkit-XNAT” (https://xnat.bmia.nl). freely reusable attribution (Creative Commons 3.0 license). Potential applications: Our goal was provide findable, annotated, CT studies. Reproducibility testing harmonization are fundamental requirements wide generalizability radiomics-based clinical prediction models. It highly desirable include only reproducible into models, be more assured external validity across hitherto unseen contexts. In view, data represent valuable source information exclude that may already unstable simplified structures tightly controlled scan settings. intended extension our shared other modalities realistic lesion simulations.
