摘要: The value of leaf protein concentrates as supplements to cereal diets for chicks has been studied using the ‘gross value’ technique. Protein from different crops have found vary widely in nutritive value, but all cases inferior casein. Concentrates lucerne contained a factor depressing chick growth, effect which was counteracted by adding cholesterol diets. This not Italian ryegrass or white clover. addition lysine increased containing concentrates, possibly because present latter partly unavailable through low digestibility proteins chemical combination.
