摘要: Abstract A HPLC method was improved to determine sweet potato carotenoids rapidly with good separation efficiency. C30 column and a gradient solvent system consisting of methanol–acetonitrile–water (84/14/2, v/v/v, A) dichloromethane (solvent B) (a mixture 80% 20% B used initially, then the mixing programmed 55% within 15 min kept end) were for analysis.
