摘要: Cold intolerance is a common problem after injuries to the hand. To elucidate mechanism of this cold sensitivity, eight patients with successful replantations amputations thumb or index finger were studied one and half years later. In six Doppler signal from anastomosed arteries was normal in two signs mild stenosis found. All had slightly reduced basal systolic pressure replanted finger. Six marked vasospasm. Alpha-receptor blockade no effect on cold-induced decrease It concluded that hand results defect vasoregulation not caused by organic insufficiency circulation.
