摘要: Osteosarcoma is the most common primary bone malignancy, typically occurring in childhood or adolescence. Unfortunately, clinical outcomes of patients with osteosarcoma are usually poor because aggressive nature this disease and few treatment advances past four decades. N6-methyladenosine (m6A) one extensive forms RNA modification eukaryotes found both coding non-coding RNAs. Accumulating evidence suggests that m6A-related factors dysregulated multiple processes. In review, we highlight m6A implicated osteosarcoma, describing its pathophysiological role molecular mechanism, as well future research trends potential application osteosarcoma.
