摘要: Continuous measurement of normal contractions in 57 primiparae and multiparae showed a minimum the mornings marked peaking frequency between 8:30 PM 2:00 AM. This could be due to periodic fluctuation parameters influencing uterine motility. At night, motility-enhancing factors such as estrogens prostaglandins predominate. These results suggest that cases at high risk for premature delivery, with pelvic scores, therapy should continued night. In addition, time when were recorded taken into account assessing their frequency, repeated if necessary.
