摘要: Exchange transfusions have been performed using buffered and non-buffered ACD blood. In 15 low risk infants receiving unbuffered blood, severe acidosis occurred in one during the transfusion. Other investigators recently observed similar findings. contrast, when blood was prior to exchange transfusion 26 high (i.e., with cardiorespiratory insufficiency), acidemia did not occur. Since mortality of is increased insufficiency, it appears that will lessen risks. It recommended that, used for any infant, should be immediately 10 mM 1.0-1.2 M THAM.
