摘要: ABSTRACT Resorption lacunae created in vitro, by rat bone marrow derived cells, the surfaces of artificial calcium phosphate substrata were observed. Calcium hydroxyapatite powder was compressed into titanium formers so that flat, uppermost, surface would be suitable for cell culture assays. The effect on substratum porosity compression pressures 200, 600 or 1000 MNrrr2 compared. number multinucleate, tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase positive, cells decreased with increasing preparation pressure. reverse trend seen when resorption counted. Cells found exhibited ruffled membranes similar to those osteoclasts.
