摘要: Long-term exposure to carbon disulfide (CS(2)) may induce parkinsonian features. There be confusion in distinguishing between CS(2) parkinsonism and idiopathic parkinsonism, especially for workers who developed features viscose rayon plants. We performed clinical examinations, laboratory studies including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) dopamine transporter (DAT) with (99m)Tc-TRODAT-1 brain single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) three had long-term CS(2). Patient 1 polyneuropathy, encephalopathy tremor; patient 2 features; 3 pure without polyneuropathy or cerebellar signs. The treatment l-dopa was effective 3, but non-effective 2. Brain MRI revealed multiple high signal intensities over the subcortical white matter, basal ganglia, and/or even brainstem patients 2, normal 3. In DAT studies, bindings were decreased conclude that dysfunction addition show lesions cerebral matter ganglia. addition, SPECT provide a useful information differential diagnosis parkinsonism.
