摘要: Abstract A mathematical model, which incorporates heat of mixing in the energy balance, has been developed to analyze morphological stability a planar solid-liquid interface during directional solidification binary alloy. It is observed that behavior almost predicted by analysis Mullins and Sekerka at low growth velocities while deviations critical concentration about 20–25% are under rapid conditions for certain systems. Our calculations indicate positive makes more unstable, whereas negative it stable, terms concentration.
