摘要: In this review we describe the potential roles of actin cytoskeleton in receptor-mediated endocytosis mammalian cells and summarize efforts recent years establishing a relationship between these two cellular functions. With molecules such as dynamin, syndapin, HIP1R, Abp1, synaptojanin, N-WASP, intersectin, cortactin set molecular links is now available it likely that their further characterization will reveal basic principles functional interconnection membrane vesicle-budding machinery.
