摘要: In this review we describe the potential roles of actin cytoskeleton in receptor-mediated endocytosis mammalian cells and summarize efforts recent years establishing a relationship between these two cellular functions. With molecules such as dynamin, syndapin, HIP1R, Abp1, synaptojanin, N-WASP, intersectin, cortactin set molecular links is now available it likely that their further characterization will reveal basic principles functional interconnection membrane vesicle-budding machinery. We therefore discuss proteins involved endocytic clathrin coat formation accessory factors to control regulate coated vesicle but also focus on cytoskeletal components Arp2/3 complex, spectrin, profilin, motor dynamics organization. Additionally, how phosphoinositides, PI(4,5)P2, small GTPases thought cytoskeleton, Rho, Rac, Cdc42, or trafficking, Rab ARF proteins, different kinases may participate connection endocytosis. compare concepts mechanisms with yeast well specialized cells, epithelial neurons, because model organisms often offer complementary advantages for studies thriving field current cell biological research.
