摘要: Soil magnetism provides valuable information about soil-landscape relationships and soil evolution. However, only limited number of studies on the relationship between magnetic properties forming factors processes, especially in arid semi-arid regions, are available. The aim this study was to determine vertical distribution susceptibility selected pedoenvironmental parameters interpret them terms Eight representative profiles were different geomorphic surfaces including alluvial fan, piedmont plain flood plain. samples collected from diagnostic horizons analyzed for routine physico-chemical properties, iron forms susceptibility. average values (χlf) relative frequency-dependent studied soils 53.1 × 10−8 m3 kg−1 2.62%, respectively, with latter ranging 0 6.88%. negative significant correlation (with coefficient R = −0.48 statistical significance p < 0.01) evolution index (ratio acid oxalate soluble free Fe oxides — Feo/Fed) χlf indicated that increased A positive Fed (and Feo) values, a CaCO3 observed. along showed patterns (uniform, non-uniform, ascending descending) depth. Overall, results affected by topography, forms, evolution, weathering rate layers.
