摘要: We have determined the finite temperature coherence length of edge states in integer quantum Hall effect regime. This was realized by measuring visibility electronic Mach-Zehnder interferometers different sizes, at filling factor 2. The shows an exponential decay with temperature. characteristic scale is found inversely proportional to interferometer arm, allowing one define a l_(phi). variations l_(phi) magnetic field are same for all samples, maximum located upper end plateau.
