摘要: The effects of processing temperature and bis-[γ-(triethoxysilyl)-propyl]-tetrasulfide (Si69) on crystallization, morphology, mechanical properties styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR)/trans-1,4-polyisoprene (TPI) vulcanizate are investigated. crystallinity crystalline melting (Tm) TPI in the vulcanizates with TPI/silica/(Si69) pre-mixed at 150 °C much lower than that 80 °C. At same pre-mixing temperature, presence 1 phr Si69 leads to a decreased Tm. domains phase size about μm silica well dispersed vulcanizate, crystals get smaller less amount by TPI, 150 °C. have tensile strength modulus given extension increase addition Si69. component SBR/TPI is effectively controlled changing adding Si69, which important for theoretical research practical application TPI. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
