摘要: We report reference ranges for the total toxic equivalency (TEQ) and TEQ sub-fractions of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDDs), dibenzofurans (PCDFs), coplanar biphenyls (cPCBs), mono-ortho-substituted (mPCBs) in a statistically designed sampling US population 2001-2002. The have been stratified by age, sex, race/ethnicity. levels are lower using 2005 factors (TEFs) compared to 1998 TEF values, principally due much values assigned mPCBs. Mexican Americans (MA) significantly than both non-Hispanic whites (NHW) blacks (NHB). Using or males females nearly same distribution sub-fractions. found significant increase with age males, females, NHW. About 80-90% can be estimated seven congeners, namely 2,3,7,8-TCDD, 1,2,3,7,8-PeCDD, 1,2,3,6,7,8-HxCDD, 2,3,4,7,8-PeCDF, PCB-126, PCB-118, PCB-156. also measured geometric mean pooled samples from population. age. In youngest group (12-19 years), were higher while had all older groups. pools, as increases percent contribution PCDD PCDF decreases race/ethnicity sex strata.
