摘要: Summary Objective Rat intervertebral disc (IVD) is one of the most commonly used and cost-effective alternative models for human IVD. Many IVD related clinical studies need to be pre-tested on rat IVDs. However, heterogeneous cell clusters are inadequate, a further understanding marker genes phenotypes healthy mature cells essential. Methods In this study, we 10X Genomics technology analyze single-cell transcriptome purified wild-type Results We identified potentially new gene markers IVDs via sequencing. Based unsupervised cluster analysis 13,578 transcripts, 3 known types were identified. provided complete expression map Immunohistochemical immunofluorescence images sections confirmed all types. One group heterologous groups expressed multi-functional stem (MSC)-specific genes, indicating potential cells. Conclusion phenotype at level, reconfirmed existing data, proposed including MSC genes. By identifying more accurate target our results pave way study response individual disease states provide basis future regeneration therapies.
