摘要: Represented by archeal, bacterial, and fungal species, thermophilic organisms have been isolated from all types of terrestrial marine hot environment. Pectinase these (thermophilic pectinase) developed unique structure–function properties high thermostability optimal activity at higher temperature. The advantage using thermostable enzymes for various industrial applications is course the intrinsic thermostability, hence low losses during raw material pretreatment elevated temperatures. Industrial pectinolytic enzyme drawn a great deal attention use as biocatalysts because most processes are carried out temperature zone. Their potential to carry myriads biochemical reactions even stringent conditions makes their eco-friendly best alternative polluting chemical technologies. role acidic pectinases in extraction clarification fruit juices well established. Recently, emerged suitable candidate biobleaching wood pulp, desizing bioscouring cotton, degumming plant fibers biomass conversion, etc.
