摘要: Abstract Radioactive oleic and linoleic acids, labeled with 3H in the chain 14C carbonyl group, were administered to white leghorn laying hens. Mixtures fed separate experiments included: (1) 3H- 14C-labeled acid, (2) 3H-and acid (3) [3H] [14C] acid. The 3H/14C ratios of both neutral lipid phospholipid fractions from egg yolk isolated acids these compared that mixture. Agreement for fraction each feeding indicated neither nor or distinguishable during synthesis lipid. Analysis showed when dual-labeled mixtures administered, elevated and, therefore, there was selective elimination label. When agreement; two simultaneously as a mixture, incorporation These findings indicate metabolic pathways expected, well preferential use essential fatty by hen.
