摘要: A taskforce comprised of an expert group 21 rheumatologists, radiologists and methodologists from 11 countries developed evidence-based recommendations on the use imaging in clinical management both axial peripheral spondyloarthritis (SpA). Twelve key questions role SpA were generated using a process discussion consensus. Imaging modalities included conventional radiography, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography (CT), positron emission tomography, single photon CT, dual-emission x-ray absorptiometry scintigraphy. Experts applied research evidence obtained systematic literature reviews MEDLINE EMBASE to develop set 10 recommendations. The strength (SOR) was assessed by members visual analogue scale. total 7550 references identified search process, which 158 studies review. Ten produced research-based opinion encompassing making diagnosis or SpA, monitoring inflammation damage, predicting outcome, response treatment, detecting spinal fractures osteoporosis. SOR for each recommendation generally very high (range 8.9–9.5). These are first encompass entire spectrum evaluate full all commonly used modalities. We aimed produce that practical valuable daily practice general practitioners.
