摘要: Expression of emotional state is considered to be a core facet an individual's competence. Emotional processing in BN has not been often studied and from broad perspective. This study aimed at examining the implicit explicit expression patients, acute after recovery. Sixty-three female participants were included: 22 BN, recovered (R-BN), 19 healthy controls (HC). The clinical cases drawn consecutive admissions diagnosed according DSM-IV-TR diagnostic criteria. Self reported (explicit) was measured with State-Trait Anger Inventory-2, Anxiety Inventory, Symptom Check List-90 items-Revised. facial (implicit) recorded by means integrated camera (by detecting Facial Feature Tracking), during 20 minutes therapeutic video game. In illness [anxiety (p<0.001) anger (p<0.05)] increased. group this decreased intermediate level between (p<0.05)]. measurement patients expressed more joy less than both those group. These findings suggest that there are differences which significantly reduced recovery, suggesting improvement regulation.
