摘要: Glioblastoma is the most aggressive, invasive and malignant type of glioma : a tumor which arises from glial cells in brain (Wrensch et al., 2002). represents 54% all gliomas 18% tumors (CBTRUS, 2011). It frequently occurring humans. Patients with glioblastoma usually survive 12-15 months or less after diagnosis. (Krex 2007; Chandana 2008). Because prognosis for patients abysmal current therapies disease are ineffective, this review critically evaluates chemotherapeutic status highlights need new therapeutic targets approaches. The ultimate goal to improve outcome patients.
