摘要: Adsorption of Remazol Brilliant Blue R (RBBR) by rambutan peel (RP) was examined. The adsorption experiments were carried out under different conditions initial concentration (25–500 mg/L), solution pH 2–12 and RP dose (0.05–1.2 g). influence these parameters on the capacity studied using batch process. RBBR uptake found to increase with in contact time. favourable at pH<4. Langmuir, Freundlich Temkin isotherm models used illustrate experimental isotherms constant. equilibrium data best represented Langmuir model, showing maximum monolayer 112.69 mg/g. rates obey rules pseudo-second order model good correlation. results suggested that has high potential be as effective adsorbent for removal.
