摘要: Selections of hole transporting materials (HTMs) in perovskite solar cells (PCSs) with conventional structure are crucial for the macroscopic device performance and stability. In this work, four different types π-conjugated polymers were used as HTMs effects their properties on photovoltaic stability investigated. It was found that light absorption overlap HTM layer reduces charge generation, implying also absorbs photon but does not participate generation activity. However, determination band alignment, PSCs high open circuit voltage (Voc) achieved PTB7-TH which has most appropriate highest occupied molecular orbital level valence edge layer. Finally, comparison as-prepared device, non-encapsulated PSC showed stable Voc improved power conversation efficiency upon storing ambient atmosphere relative humidity 55–70% 112 h.
