摘要: AbstractBlind involvement in aimless bids may result the loss of bidding bond expenditures, purchased documents, cost human resources engaged mark-up estimation, and detailed project investigation costs such as site visits. In this research, a risk based fuzzy TOPSIS framework is set up to evaluate prioritize opportunities. This help contractors assign their limited near optimal selected projects. The risks inherent nature every tender, makes systematic analysis prerequisite for any construction company. Proposed considers key determining factors corporate considerations, tender environment, contractual issues, specific risks. methodology implementation has been facilitated by developing graphical user interface that accepts linguistic terms expressed main decision groups. A case study demonstrates applicability model.
