The traditional approaches countermeasures against cyber-crimes result inadequate cyber-space. In this context, paper proposes engineering method, centered on three main phases, support analysis suspicious users media related OC TNs. It based extension network combined with well-known clustering techniques association rules. aims identify similarities well groups associated specific activities drugs, weapons human trafficking. Moreover, it supports identification process leaders mediators between them. A software, which enables automatic execution proposed developed experimented Twitter media. results show both TNs along their intra-group inter-group relationships through potential mediators.
