摘要: Aims/hypothesis We have previously shown that NADPH oxidase (NOX) lies upstream of uncoupled endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), which is known to occur in diabetic endothelium. However, it remains unclear specific NOX isoform(s) responsible for eNOS uncoupling and dysfunction mouse models. The aim the present study was test hypothesis one or more mediate(s) eNOS, has been patients with diabetes contribute dysfunction.
