摘要: Feminist scholars of public administration have critiqued the dominance masculine imagery in theory and practice. However, service motivation is one area discourse that contains both feminine imagery. Focusing on Perry’s multidimensional scale, authors borrow from a range social science literatures to contend compassion dimension motivation, whereas attraction policy making commitment are dimensions. Data survey managers state health human agencies reveal women score higher subscale but also making. No statistically significant gender differences were found service.
