摘要: Since 1996, solvent microextraction (SME) has grown from a research curiosity to an important sample preparation tool for industrial, clinical, forensic and environmental analysts. In its simplest form, SME requires only manual syringe few microliters of extraction concentration analytes liquids, solids, headspace samples, including wastewater, foods, plastics, oils, pharmaceuticals. Most procedures may also be partially or completely automated. methodology falls into two main categories: membrane protected non–membrane SME.
