摘要: Application of bio-fuel by-product sugarcane bagasse ash (SBA) as a principal raw material for the manufacturing bricks was studied. The were developed using quarry dust (QD) replacement to natural river sand and lime (L) binder. SBA characterized X-ray fluorescence (XRF), thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA), diffraction scanning electron microscopy (SEM). XRF confirms cementitious material. TGA thermal stability till 650°C, whereas SEM monograph shows individual with rough surface numerous fine pores. Elemental also carried out classic wet test. physical properties determined laboratory test methods. SBA-QD-L combination designed in different mix proportions. Physico-mechanical studied according recommended standards. results compared physico-mechanical commercially available burnt clay-and-flyash bricks. It observed that are lighter weight, energy efficient meet compressive strength requirements IS 1077:1992. serve purpose solid waste management innovative sustainable construction can be used local especially non-load-bearing walls.
