摘要: To investigate the binding properties of a peptide sequence, we conducted principal component analysis (PCA) physicochemical features tetramer library comprised 512 peptides, and variables were reduced to two components. We selected IL-2 IgG as model proteins affinity these was assayed using peptides mentioned above. PCA data showed that 16 18 suitable for localizing high-affinity respectively, into restricted region plot. then investigated whether octamer libraries could be predicted identified in PCA. The results show also concentrated both IgG. average fluorescence intensity 3.3- 2.1-fold higher than low-affinity IgG, respectively. conclude may used identify with high- or from library.
