摘要: Drought resistance breeding provides a hopeful way to improve yield and quality of wheat in arid semiarid regions. Constructing core collection is an efficient evaluate utilize drought-resistant germplasm resources wheat. In the present research, 1,683 varieties were divided into five groups (high resistant, HR; R; moderate MR; susceptible, S; high HS). The least distance stepwise sampling (LDSS) method was adopted select accessions. Six commonly used genetic distances (Euclidean distance, Euclid; Standardized Euclidean Seuclid; Mahalanobis Mahal; Manhattan Manhat; Cosine Cosine; Correlation Correlation) assess among Unweighted pair-group average (UPGMA) perform hierarchical cluster analysis. Coincidence rate range (CR) variable coefficient variation (VR) representativeness collection. A for selecting ideal constructing strategy suggested research. drought programs constructed by selected principal component analysis showed that diversity well preserved
