摘要: Chain dynamics, probed by dielectric spectroscopy, provide a route to further understanding of the molecular interactions induced hydration, degree crosslinking, and microstructural changes occurring on swelling biopolymers such as chitosan, which is becoming focus for biomedical engineering therapeutic delivery. The basis s-wet relaxation peak established segmental chain between chitosan water bridges related its hysteresis during wetting dewetting cycles. Linear expansion probes arising from bridging hydration-dehydration paths also shown in resultant ionic conductivity. conductivity exhibit identical behavior with both degrees chemical crosslinking contents. X-ray diffraction shows that hydration influences disorder polymer chains changing crystalline phase fraction lattice dimensions. These power law dynamics mobility over five orders magnitude all independent significant these properties indicative scaling within noncrystalline gel phase.
