摘要: Although calcium (Ca2+) is important in cardiac dysfunction and has also been reported as a source of oxidative toxicity, the connection between Ca2+ overload oxygen free radicals myocardium not clear. We have investigated whether generates hydroxyl rat ventricle. HPLC with electrochemical detection was used to measure levels 2,3- 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (DHBA) formed when radical reacts salicylate. Ringer's solution containing salicylic (0.5 nmol microL-1 min-1) infused through microdialysis probe region left anterior descending coronary artery A positive linear correlation obtained formation trapped 2,3-DHBA (r2 = 0.976) 2,5-DHBA 0.982) myocardial dialysate. The administration ouabain (1 mg kg-1, i.v.), elevator, into femoral vein significantly increased level 2,5-DHBA. These results indicate that heart.
