摘要: Multidrug resistance of murine leukemic cell line L1210/VCR (R), obtained by adaptation parental L1210 cells (S) on vincristine, is associated with overexpression P glycoprotein (P-gp, the ATP-dependent drug efflux pump). Previously, we found that cytochemical staining negatively charged surface binding sites (probably sialic acid) ruthenium red (RR) revealed a compact layer RR bound to external coat S cells. This in contrast R and cultured presence vincristine during last cultivation prior experiment (V cells), where was either reduced or absent. In current paper, observed differences interactions S, V Concanavalin A (ConA) tomato lectin (lycopersicum esculentum agglutinin, LEA). ConA induced damage more effectively than Both these effects could be prevented methyl-manopyranose, but not N-acetylglucosamine. contrast, LEA lect...
