摘要: This study compared the effects of 3 different types commercial PCV2 vaccines on virus shedding in semen from infected boars. Twenty-five non-PCV2 viremic and seronegative boars were randomly divided into five groups: three vaccinated challenged groups, a non-vaccinated group, negative control group. The number genomic copies serum samples was significantly decreased to 14 70 days post-inoculation (dpi). copy correlated with PCV2b blood (r(2)=0.894-0.926, P<0.01), (r(2)=0.903, P<0.01). vaccination protocol reduced amount DNA shed semen. However, there among boar groups.
