摘要: High proliferative-potential colony-forming cells (HPP-CFC) have been identified in the bone marrow of mice and adult humans, characterized as a compartment primitive progenitors possibly including stem cells. In this report we describe human fetal liver (FL) source HPP-CFC. These FL HPP-CFC develop clonal cultures presence granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) interleukin-3 (IL-3) within 3 to 4 weeks. The median frequency tissues between 16 21 weeks gestational age was 1 3,000 total After growth, grew colony size 8.3 x 10(4) cells/colony.
