摘要: Phosphatases are diverse groups of enzymes that deserve special attention because their significant roles in organic phosphorus (OP) mineralization to inorganic available forms (Pi). This work 1) compared the catalytic potentials commercially acid phosphatase from wheat germ, sweet potato, and alkaline E. coli; 2) demonstrated rate hydrolysis, efficiency, thermal stability, optimal pH these depended on enzyme sources stereochemical or stereoisomeric structures substrates; 3) revealed both phosphatases exhibited broad range substrate hydrolysis with high affinity for p-nitrophenyl phosphate bis (cyclohexylammonium) than widely used disodium hexahydrate assay. Sweet potato had relatively higher reaction kinetics (Vmax, Km, Kcat, Kcat/Km) values most substrates tested. The order activity was order: > germ while hydrolyzed was: PNPBC PNP PNP2A2E DG6P2Na DG6PNa Bis-PNP phytate. optimum observed be 5.0. Generally, similar between 10 13, depending substrates. Knowledge derived this would helpful catalysis soils water environments.
