摘要: We have investigated, in mice, an vivo method for producing low-lactose milk, based on the creation of transgenic animals carrying a hybrid gene which intestinal lactase-phlorizin hydrolase cDNA was placed under control mammary-specific alpha-lactalbumin promoter. Transgenic females expressed lactase protein and activity during lactation at apical side mammary alveolar cells. Active also secreted into anchored outer membrane fat globules. Lactase synthesis gland caused significant decrease milk lactose (50-85%) without obvious changes concentrations. Sucklings nourished with developed normally. Hence, these data validate use expressing to produce vivo, they demonstrate that secretion digestive enzyme can selectively modify its composition.
