Protraction Facemask Followed by Mandibular Cervical Headgear: an Alternative in the Treatment of Class III Malocclusion with Severe Anterior Open-Bite

摘要: The present case report describes a conservative and uncommon treatment for class III malocclusion in woman growing patient with aged eight years four months. An unconventional modality was used the of this malocclusion, reverse-pull headgear distalisation lower teeth using mandibular cervical arch. At end (after 33 months), there correction transversal sagittal occlusal relationship between maxilla mandible correct dental intercuspation. Keywords Class malocclusion; Open-bite; Orthodontics.
