In first embodiment there is stop cock type open-shut valve between needle body, hole side barrel intermediate ends thereof spring, which when closed, biases position with head located needle. second embodiment, instead being thereof, near mounting end an controls opening closing such hole. third this invention, spring two embodiments, physical arrangement carried by its position.
