摘要: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a classical model of autoimmune diseases. Like other diseases, it linked with mosaic factors that may contribute to disease appearance, course, and manifestations. Among these factors, environmental triggers are associated the loss immune tolerance, production autoantibodies, followed by appearances overt autoimmunity. In particular, SLE strongly allied exposure infectious agents (e.g., Epstein–Barr virus) drugs, both which related induction as well its different phenotypes. Other such ultraviolet light, cigarette smoke, vaccines, organic inorganic chemicals this systemic disease. Notably, some be avoided thus enable primary and/or secondary prevention chapter, we provide evidence regarding complex interplay between environment suggested modes intervention prevention.
