摘要: Cell collection based on deterministic lateral displacement (DLD) and cell circulation with a loop channel are two component technologies for stressless retention which have been developed view to working toward suspension culture in microfluidic channel. DLD devices low array angles collect floating S. cerevisiae through an effectively. The device angle of 2.6° showed efficiency 91.7%. Two types channels piezoelectrie pump make stable two-phase laminar flow pre-filled fluid supplied fluid. A connection between inlet outlet the opposite side replaces filled fluid, is essential supplying nutrient rich medium cells as well retaining microenvironment without external stresses.
