摘要: In order to assess the effects of metal contamination on wildlife, we collected wild black rats (Rattus sp.) from mining areas (Kabwe and Chingola) a control area (Lusaka) in Zambia compared metallothionein (MT) levels their tissues. Furthermore, exposed metal-contaminated soil Kabwe laboratory Wistar norvegicus) for one year determine accumulation factors metals caused by exposure. Results both field studies suggested that biological responses such as elevation MT-2 mRNA expression rats.
