摘要: The presentation of multiple biological cues, which simulate the natural in vivo cell environment within artificial implants, has recently been identified as crucial for achieving complex cellular functions. incorporation two or more cues a largely synthetic network can provide simplified model multifunctional ECM to encapsulated cells. Therefore, aim this study was examine effects simultaneously and covalently incorporating dissimilar molecules, heparin gelatin, PVA hydrogel. functionalized with 7 20 methacrylate functional groups per chain (FG/c) tailor permselectivity UV photopolymerized hydrogels. Both gelatin were incorporated into at an equal ratio resulting final PVA:heparin:gelatin composition 19:0.5:0.5. combination both proven be stable over time without compromising base characteristics including its different proteins. Most importantly, analogues supplemented dual functionalities promoting adhesion sequestering growth factors essential proliferation. Multi-functional hydrogels synthetically controlled show potential various biomedical applications implants.
