摘要: With the development of increasingly large and complex genomic proteomic data sets, an enhancement in complexity available Venn diagram analytical programs is becoming important. Current freely often fail to represent extra among datasets, such as regulation pattern differences between different groups. Here we describe VennPlex, a program that illustrates diverse numerical interactions multiple, high-complexity using up four sets. VennPlex includes versatile output features, where grouped points specific regions can be easily exported into spreadsheet. This able facilitate analysis two gene sets their corresponding expression values user-friendly manner. To demonstrate its unique experimental utility applied paradigm, i.e. comparison effect multiple oxygen tension environments (1–20% ambient oxygen) upon transcription primary rat astrocytes. accurately dissects reliably identifiable groups for straightforward output. program, which improvement over currently programs, rapidly extract important datasets variety patterns within showing potential applications fields like genomics, proteomics, bioinformatics.
