摘要: The purpose of this study was to determine the predictive value selected factors consistent use condoms among high-risk young African American women. A clinic-based, prospective, 242 young, African-American women (ages 15–21) conducted. In multivariate analysis, condom predicted by having greater perceptions negotiation self-efficacy, lower fear negotiating use, and communicated with sex partners (during recall period) about use. Relational variables were STD/HIV preventive interventions should target these factors, perhaps in dyad-level interventions.
