摘要: The levels in $^{103}\mathrm{Rh}$ have been studied by following the $\ensuremath{\gamma}$ rays and \ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{} emitted decay of 39.35-day $^{103}\mathrm{Ru}$ 17.5-day $^{103}\mathrm{Pd}$. Several new detected with an anti-Compton spectrometer which allow assignment a level improved spin assignments. Conversion coefficients for most transitions calculated using $\ensuremath{\gamma}$-ray intensity values this work literature relative intensities conversion electrons. coefficient 53-keV transition was also determined via x-ray to coincidence method corrected $557\ensuremath{\gamma}$-$53\ensuremath{\gamma}$ angular correlation. weighted average both measurements yields recommended value ${\ensuremath{\alpha}}_{K}(53)=1.95\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.13$ corresponds $M1+(2.1\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}2.0)%$ $E2$ transition. $B(M1)$ $B(E2)$ (0.040 \ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{} 0.001) (213 76) Weisskopf units, respectively, obtained transition.RADIOACTIVITY [from $^{102}\mathrm{Ru}(n,\ensuremath{\gamma})$], $^{103}\mathrm{Pd}$ $^{102}\mathrm{Pd}(n,\ensuremath{\gamma})$]; measured ${E}_{\ensuremath{\gamma}}$ ${I}_{\ensuremath{\gamma}}$, ${I}_{x}$, $x\ensuremath{-}\ensuremath{\gamma}$; deduced levels, $log\mathrm{ft}$, $J$, $\ensuremath{\pi}$, ICC, $\ensuremath{\delta}$, $B(E2)$, values. Enriched targets, Ge(Li) Si(Li) detector, spectrometer.
