摘要: The incidence of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) has been increasing annually and become a serious threat to human health. However, the pathogenesis NHL remains unclear. present study aimed investigate effect soluble CD40 ligand (sCD40L) on cells its underlying mechanism. Cell Counting kit-8 assay flow cytometry apoptosis experiments were conducted effects sCD40L cell proliferation apoptosis. Western blotting was performed detect protein expression levels BAX, Bcl-2, ERK, p-ERK, JNK, p-JNK, p38, p-p38 c-JUN. results demonstrated that exogenous significantly inhibited promoted Raji CA46 cells. Additionally, by activating JNK signaling pathway.
