摘要: Purpose of review Micro-RNAs (miRNAs) are highly conserved small RNA molecules that have selective gene-regulatory functions. This posttranscriptional regulation by miRNAs is critical for many immunological processes. Many developments in establishing the biological role solid organ transplantation been generated last decade. Discoveries immune miRNAs, resulting graft prolongation and transplant tolerance, rapidly advancing subject this review. Recent findings elegant experimental studies revealed intriguing associations between tolerance specific miRNA profiles. These provided insight into sustaining suppression, common pathways should be further investigated and/or targeted therapeutically. Further reports strategized corroborated different methods manipulating expression prolonging allograft survival, yielding promising preclinical evidence efficacy miRNA-based therapies. Summary The covers these recent research can revolutionize how we implement diagnostics prognostics strategize
